Film Synopsis

Director Tim Burton’s latest big screen adventure hits cinema screens around the world on 5th March. Based on Lewis Carroll’s much-loved tales ‘Alice in Wonderland’ and ‘Through the Looking Glass’, the film re-unites Burton with actor Johnny Depp.

A star-studded cast tells the story of 19 year old Alice in this 3D adventure bringing to life some of the best-loved stories of all time. Returning to the world she first visited as a child, Alice encounters all her childhood friends, including the Mad Hatter, played by Johnny Depp, the White Rabbit, Tweedledee and Tweedledum and of course the Cheshire Cat.

Alice embarks on a journey to end the Red Queen’s reign of terror and to discover her true destiny.

The cast also includes Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter, Matt Lucas and Mia Wasikowska as Alice, with voices from Stephen Fry, Christopher Lee, Alan Rickman and Timothy Spall.
